Set in the splendour of the incredible Bowhill Estate in the Scottish Borders, this is an  off-road Duathlon turned up to
11!.

Here's the plan....... Run, Bike, Run, Bike, Run ...... for 8 hours - do as many laps as you can, MTB enduro-style.
Winner is either the team who does most, or last (wo)man standing!.

The course is off-road, so expect thrills, spills, hills (and just bit of mud). A fantastic mix of forest track, twisty singletrack and a kids forest obstacle playpark
thrown in for good measure. Plus possibly some mud. Oh, and the trackless hack through the forest as well. Which is a bit muddy. You like mud, right?.

Race as a Solo, or bring some of your mates and race as a Pair or Quad - the choice is yours.

house - spectacular view guaranteed - what's not to like?.

A little bit unusual this one.... we think it's unique in the UK, if not the world!. It's certainly a big challenge. Are you up for it?.

Swim in the shallow old curling loch at the end of the castle driveway. The rest of the course is off-road within the private grounds of the estate. Grin-inducing old-skool natural singletrack (handcrafted by Rik of Rik's Bike Shed) and a massive forest trail network. We've got a huge area of rolling parkland to play in as well - so expect a great mixture of trails.
